Grays Ferry Coffee Subscription Policy
- Subscription Terms:
By subscribing to our coffee subscription service, you agree to receive regular deliveries based on the plan selected (monthly).
The 3 free bags offered as part of promotional deals will be delivered at the end of your first year as a subscriber, provided the subscription remains active and in good standing for the full 12-month period.
- Payment and Billing:
Subscription payments will be automatically charged to the payment method on file at the beginning of each subscription cycle (monthly).
It is the subscriber’s responsibility to ensure that payment details are up-to-date. In case of failed payments, your subscription may be paused until the issue is resolved.
- Cancellations:
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, if you cancel before completing the 12-month period, you will not be eligible for the 3 free bags at the end of the year.
Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
- Refunds and Returns:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds are permitted once the coffee has been shipped.
In the event of a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment for assistance.
- Modifications to Your Subscription:
Subscribers can modify their plan (change the number of bags or variety) by contacting us. Changes must be made 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to take effect for that month’s delivery.
- Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all subscription plans. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before the start of your next billing cycle to ensure timely delivery.
- Promotions and Discounts:
Any promotional offers, including discounts, are subject to change and may not be combined with other offers.
The 20% lifetime discount is valid only while the subscription is active. If the subscription is canceled and restarted later, the discount may not be applicable.
- Subscription Renewal:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled by the subscriber. You will be charged for each renewal period unless the subscription is canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above.
- Termination of Subscription:
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion if there is a violation of our terms or if payments fail repeatedly.
